I think that solving problems is greatly related to the tools we use and but more so on how expertly we can make use of them. Master a language (any language) so you can use that language to express yourself master an editor so you can more easily put your ideas into instructions. I enjoy using vim it works well with the way I think but there are many editors just pick one and try to master it, it’ll greatly influence the effectiveness in which you can communicate your ideas into programs.
